Ascites circRNA ASCOR Drives Platinum Resistance of High‐Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer by Facilitating RPA1 Nuclear Translocation

High‐grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC) is plagued by platinum resistance, with malignant ascites closely linked to poor outcomes. Elevated TRIM25 Impairs Poly (ADP‐ribose) Metabolism via PARG Degradation and Mediates Compression‐Induced Intervertebral Disc Degeneration

TRIM25 acts as a multifunctional hub driving intervertebral disc degeneration under mechanical stress. Mechanical compression significantly upregulates TRIM25 expression, establishing it as a key E3 ubiquitin ligase platform. TRIM25 targets PARG and Ku80 via distinct molecular interfaces, triggering their ubiquitination and degradation.

Cascade‐Responsive MXene@Cu‐MOF Heterostructure Integrates Antioxidant Activity, Infection Control, and Vascularization for Tracheal Repair

A cascade‐responsive MXene@Cu‐MOF/GelMA hydrogel is engineered as a “skeleton–backpack” platform for extensive tracheal repair. The MXene framework scavenges postoperative ROS and converts NIR light into mild hyperthermia, while the Cu‐MOF component provides pH/NIR‐responsive Cu2+ dosing for infection control, angiogenesis, and chondrogenesis.
