Analysis of Sponge City Construction Problems and Countermeasures
With the acceleration of urbanization, various urban problems have become increasingly prominent, particularly the frequent "urban inland sea" phenomenon during heavy rainfall. The primary cause is the inadequate sewage pipeline system, which makes cities prone to waterlogging, especially during the rainy season.

This study employs sc‐RNA sequencing, genetics, and phenotyping to systematically map the cell‐type‐specific immune responses triggered by flg22. It reveals FLS2‐dependent transcriptional reprogramming in epidermal and mesophyll cells, and uncovers crosstalk between immune and hypoxia signaling pathways.
