The application of surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-based optical biosensors has contributed extensively to our understanding of functional aspects of HIV. SPR biosensors allow the analysis of real-time interactions of any biomolecule, be it protein, nucleic acid, lipid, carbohydrate or small molecule, without the need for intrinsic or extrinsic probes.

Proceedings of the ACM/SIGDA international symposium on Field programmable gate arrays, 2009
In this paper we present SPR, a new architecture-adaptive mapping tool for use with Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Architectures (CGRAs). It combines a VLIW style scheduler and FPGA style placement and pipelined routing algorithms with novel mechanisms for integrating and adapting the algorithms to CGRAs.

Integration of SPR Biosensors with Mass Spectrometry (SPR-MS)
2010The combination of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and mass spectrometry (MS) creates a comprehensive protein investigation approach wherein SPR is employed for protein quantification and MS is utilized to structurally characterize the proteins. In such, MS utterly complements the SPR detection and reveals intrinsic protein structural modifications ...

Developments in SPR Fragment Screening
Expert Opinion on Drug Discovery, 2016Fragment-based approaches have played an increasing role alongside high-throughput screening in drug discovery for 15 years. The label-free biosensor technology based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is now sensitive and informative enough to serve during primary screens and validation steps. In this review, the authors discuss the role of SPR in ...

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging technique is label free, real-time, and high-throughput analysis method for interaction studies with array format. The application of SPR imaging for the small molecule arrays, which were fabricated by photoaffinity crosslinking, can be the first screening step for reverse chemical genomics.

Applied Optics
The reason the prism-based SPR scheme can be regarded as a commercial solution is that it has some advantages, such as good stability, high-sensitivity, and so on. However, due to the special optical propagation property of the traditional commonly used triangular prism, there is a seemingly random and inaccurate surface ...
