This study unlocks new insights into all‐solid‐state batteries (ASSBs), revealing how stack pressure, binder content, and particle size influence the performance of slurry‐processed tetragonal Li7${\rm Li}_7$SiPS8${\rm SiPS}_8$ sheets. An optimal pressure range, larger particles and lower binder contents are needed to deliver the highest ionic ...

Simplified springback prediction of thick sandwich panel
Springback is one of the most important design behavior in air-bending processes. The sandwich panel exhibits more complicated bending and springback behavior due to substantial differences in mechanical properties between the foam core and the metallic

Effect of coining on springback behaviour [PDF]
Especially due to utilization of high strength steels in automotive parts, accurate prediction and reduction of springback have gained more importance in the recent years. One of the widely used approaches to reduce the springback in deep drawn parts especially in and around the bent regions is coining (restrike operation).

Prediction of Springback in Long Channels [PDF]
Sheet metal forming is one of the most preferred manufacturing processes in automotive and aerospace industries. However, due to increase in fuel prices and more stringent environmental regulation, these industries are facing many challenges to meet the criteria. Due to this, many efforts in design and manufacturing were considered and presented. Those

Springback Modeling in L-bending Process Using Continuum Damage Mechanics Concept
Springback is one of the most common and important issues in metal forming area. Due to it depends on variety of parameters, it is hard to predict. Hence, in this paper, the effect of continuum damage mechanics (CDM) based on the Lemaitre isotropic ...
