Zeitschrift für anorganische und allgemeine Chemie, EarlyView.Ionothermal synthesis in Lewis‐acidic ionic liquids (ILs) yields two new low‐dimensional pnictogen–selenide networks cocrystallized with Cu[AlCl4]. Both are narrow‐gap semiconductors that exhibit strong absorption throughout the visible range. Topochemical AlCl3 extraction triggers partial delamination, pointing to a viable route toward 2D derivatives.

Iflaviruses in arthropods: when small is mighty
