Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study elucidates the crosstalk between tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and anaplastic thyroid cancer stem cells (ATCSCs). The findings reveal that CCL20 from THP‐1‐M2 activates the IRAK‐1/NF‐κB1/2 pathway in ATCSCs, thereby enhancing CXCL5 secretion.
