Entropy‐Driven Spin Transition in Rare Earth Perovskites Enables Feedback Adsorption for Enhanced Acidic Water Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A synthetic protocol for fabricating high‐entropy rare earth perovskite oxides with abundant lattice distortions and oxygen vacancies has been developed, representing an emerging platform for anchoring RuO2. High entropy strategy significantly modulated the electronic structures and spin states, inducing a shift in the mechanism from the adsorption ...

Powder‐to‐Film Conversion of Nickel Single‐Atom Catalysts into Binder‐Free and Resistant Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A reproducible strategy is reported for fabricating standalone thin‐film electrodes composed of CNx‐supported Ni single‐atom catalysts. The resulting binder‐free electrodes exhibit robust stability, enhanced charge transfer, and superior electrochemical performance, offering scalable opportunities for applications in electrochemistry. ABSTRACT Although

Determination of ranitidine in drugs using a mercury coated platinum ultramicroelectrode and hanging mercury dropping electrode

open access: yesJournal of the Brazilian Chemical Society, 2003
The voltammetric behavior of ranitidine has been studied in aqueous media with a mercury coated platinum ultramicroelectrode (Hg-UME) and by HMDE. The LSV curves for the electroreduction of ranitidine showed that the compound presents two reduction waves

Simulation of Square Wave Voltammetry:  Reversible Electrode Processes

open access: yesThe Journal of Physical Chemistry B, 1999
A general approach is developed for the numerical simulation of square wave voltammetry (SWV) at uniformly accessible electrodes, based on the backward implicit method. Appropriate transformations of both the spatial coordinate normal to the electrode surface and of the time variable are developed and are shown to lead to efficient and accurate ...
