Srapping Hydroxyapatite Implants
Ophthalmic Surgery, Lasers and Imaging Retina, 1999Abstract: Hydroxyapatite (HA) implants currently are most commonly wrapped in fresh unprocessed human donor sclera before implantation to facilitate entry into the orbital space and allow extraocular muscle attachment. Autologous temporalis fascia or autologous fascia lata are alternatives, but prolong surgery time and require a second operative site ...

Musa Genetic Diversity Revealed by SRAP and AFLP
Molecular Biotechnology, 2010The sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) technique, aimed for the amplification of open reading frames (ORFs), vis-â-vis that of the amplified fragment length polymorphisms (AFLP) were used to analyze the genetic variation and relationships among forty Musa accessions; which include commercial cultivars and wild species of interest for the ...

Characterization of pea accessions by SRAP's markers
Scientia Horticulturae, 2007Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and morphological markers to estimate the genetic relations among forty pea varieties (Pisum sativum L.) were studied. Data on 15 morphological traits were collected and analyzed. A total of 162 polymorphic SRAP's bands were scored using seven combinations of primers.

Evaluation of bamboo genetic diversity using morphological and SRAP analyses
Russian Journal of Genetics, 2014Bamboo is an important member of the giant grass subfamily Bambusoideae of Poaceae. In this study, 13 bamboo accessions belonging to 5 different genera were subjected to morphological evaluation and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) analysis. Unweighted pair-group method of arithmetic averages (UPGMA) cluster analysis was used to construct

[Genetic diversity of Changium smyrnioides based on SRAP].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2010To study the genetic diversity of Changium smyrnioides and give a reference for utilization of the germplasm.Ten different populations of Ch. smyrnioides were analyzed by the approach of sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP). Genetic similarity coefficient was calculated, and systematic relationships were constructed based on the UPGMA method ...
