Universal Oxychlorination Strategy in Halide Solid Electrolytes for All‐Solid‐State Batteries
Advanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.A WO2Cl2‐driven oxychlorination strategy enables bulk oxygen incorporation into close‐packed LixMCl6 (M = Zr, Y, Er, In) halide lattices. Oxygen is selectively anchored by W6+ as lattice‐integrated [WO2Cl4]2− units, regulating the anionic framework, diversifying Li coordination, and weakening Li–Cl interactions.

ENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.Synergistic Al:TiO2 underlayer and La doping stabilize semitransparent Ta3N5 photoelectrodes for over 90 h of continuous operation in alkaline solution. Synthesis of Amorphous‐Crystalline Mixture Boron Nitride for Balanced Resistive Switching Operation
Small, EarlyView.An amorphous–crystalline mixture BN (acm‐BN) is synthesized through low‐pressure chemical vapor deposition, achieving balanced resistive switching with low SET voltage and stable RESET. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy reveals that BN films are fully amorphous at 930 °C, a mixed amorphous–crystalline phase is achieved at 990 °C.

Hydrogen Bonding Denticity Governs Surface Modulation in Inorganic Perovskite Nanocrystals
Small, EarlyView.Organic cations with distinct hydrogen‐bonding denticities enable systematic modulation of perovskite nanocrystal surfaces. Increasing denticity from mono‐dentate MA+ to bi‐dentate FA+ and multi‐dentate GA+ strengthens interactions with surface iodides, effectively suppressing surface defects.
