ABSTRACT With the continuous development of computer image processing, developing efficient and low‐power computing devices has become a key challenge. Memristors have integrated in‐situ storage and computing capabilities, making them an ideal choice for low‐power image processing computing architectures. However, current memristors are confronted with

First-Principles Analysis of Cr-Doped SrTiO3 Perovskite as Optoelectronic Materials [PDF]
This contribution evaluates the influence of Cr doping on the ground state properties of SrTiO3 Perovskite using GGA-PBE approximation. Results of the simulated model infer agreement with the previously published literature.

On the nature of change in Ni oxidation state in BaTiO3-SrTiO3 system
XAFS studies of Ni-doped Ba$_{1-x}$Sr$_x$TiO$_3$ solid solution reveal that the Ni oxidation state changes from 4 in SrTiO$_3$ to 2.5 in BaTiO$_3$ when varying $x$.

ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of flexible and wearable electronics demands printable thin‐film capacitors that combine high dielectric performance with scalable fabrication. However, achieving this balance in polymer dielectrics remains challenging, as enhancements in dielectric constant typically come at the expense of increased loss and reduced ...

Extrinsic and Intrinsic Charge Transfer at Interfaces of Membrane‐Based Oxide Heterostructures
Freestanding oxides have emerged as a new opportunity to tailor oxides outside of the typical epitaxial constraints. We present the fabrication of TiO2‐terminated SrTiO3 membranes via direct growth control. We demonstrate competing ionic and electronic charge transfer in LaAlO3/SrTiO3 bilayers using near ambient pressure XPS.

Light emission and magnetic properties of aluminum films grown on SrTiO3 by molecular beam epitaxy
Aluminum films were grown on SrTiO3 (100) substrates using a plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy system. We found that the intensity of defect emission coming through the Al films was enhanced to two fold.

Optical Study of the Free Carrier Response of LaTiO3/SrTiO3 Superlattices
We used infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry to investigate the electronic properties of LaTiO3/SrTiO3 superlattices (SLs). Our results indicated that, independent of the SL periodicity and individual layer-thickness, the SLs exhibited a Drude metallic ...
