Include Me: The Role of Disability Voice in Co‐Constructing the Workplace Inclusion of People With Disabilities

open access: yesJournal of Organizational Behavior, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT People with disabilities (PWD) often face barriers to inclusion at work. To tackle this challenge, past research focused on the role of organizations to create more inclusive workplaces. What remains understudied, however, is the role that PWD often take themselves in shaping their inclusion experiences.

CO2 Flux in Indonesian Water Determined by Satellite Data

open access: yes, 2011
The oceans was considered to be a major sink for CO2. The improving of quantitative and qualitative description about the ability of sea in uptaking or emitting CO2 is a great scientific concern in meteorological and climatological science.

The Role of Coastal Upwelling in Suppressing the Warming Trend of Sea Surface Temperature along the Southern Coast of Java

open access: yesIlmu Kelautan
This study examines the unclear role of wind-driven upwelling through Ekman transport and pumping, along with the combined effects of the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) and El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) trends on the warming rate of Sea Surface ...

Spatiotemporal Changes and Climate Driving Factors of Compound Precipitation‐Temperature Extreme Events Across Global Land Areas

open access: yesInternational Journal of Climatology, EarlyView.
During the period 1901–2024, the dominant proportion of compound dry‐warm extremes in annual, June–July–August (JJA), and December–January–February (DJF) occurrences was the highest among the four types of compound precipitation and temperature extremes across global land areas, accounting for 40.1%, 50.3%, and 28.0%, respectively.

SST Error Budget - White Paper

open access: yes, 2018
A number of federal agencies fund research related to the development and use of satellite-derived sea surface temperature (SST) data products. Furthermore, within each agency there may be more than one program addressing SST issues and these programs ...

Surface and Tropospheric Climatic Trends in the Galápagos Archipelago Based on the Galápagos Archipelago Refined Analysis Dataset

open access: yesInternational Journal of Climatology, EarlyView.
The Galápagos Archipelago's near‐surface climate is primarily influenced by interannual El Niño‐Southern Oscillation variability, with no statistical evidence for long‐term trends in air temperature, humidity, or precipitation. While tropospheric warming and increased atmospheric stability are observed, these trends are largely decoupled from near ...

Impact of Sea Surface Temperature and Containing Chlorophyll-A on The Results of Skipjack Tuna (Katsuwonus Pelamis) Catch in The Indian Ocean Waters

open access: yesJGEET: Journal of Geoscience, Engineering, Environment and Technology
Oceanographic factors can be an indicator in determining the potential of fishing grounds. The sampling technique of sea surface temperature (SST) and chlorophyll-a data in this study was carried out spatially and temporal using satellite image data ...
