Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

A B-spline is defined by the degree and quantity of knots, and it is observed to provide a higher level of flexibility in curve and surface layout. The extended cubic B-spline (ExCBS) functions with new approximation for second derivative and finite ...

Compact ADI Difference Scheme for the 2D Time Fractional Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation
In this paper, we will introduce a compact alternating direction implicit (ADI) difference scheme for solving the two-dimensional (2D) time fractional nonlinear Schrödinger equation.

Stability and convergence of the Sasaki–Ricci flow [PDF]
AbstractWe introduce a holomorphic sheafℰ${\mathcal{E}}$on a Sasakian manifoldSand study two new notions of stability forℰ${\mathcal{E}}$along the Sasaki–Ricci flow related to the ‘jumping up’ of the number of global holomorphic sections ofℰ${\mathcal{E}}$at infinity.
