On the problem of stability of a motion of essentially nonlinear systems
This article discusses essentially nonlinear systems. Following the approach of applying the pseudolinear inequalities developed in a number of works, new estimates for the variation of Lyapunov functions along solutions of the considered systems of ...

ABSTRACT Background Patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis commonly experience reduced physical function, fatigue, poor sleep quality, and impaired health‐related quality of life. Intradialytic exercise has been proposed as a non‐pharmacological strategy to improve these outcomes.

Stability of the Cheng–Yau gradient estimate [PDF]
The author proves that the Cheng-Yau gradient estimate [\textit{S. Y. Cheng} and \textit{S.-T. Yau}, Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 28, 333--354 (1975; Zbl 0312.53031)] on positive harmonic functions on manifolds with nonnegative Ricci curvature is globally stable under certain perturbations of the metric.

ABSTRACT Background Maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients frequently suffer from frailty, characterized by reduced physical function and poor prognosis. Myokines, such as myonectin, secreted by muscle, are emerging regulators of systemic health. This study investigated the relationship between serum myonectin, adipokines (adiponectin, omentin), and ...

Stability estimates for solving Stokes problem with nonconforming finite elements
We propose to analyse the discretization of the Stokes problem with nonconforming finite elements in light of the T-coercivity. First we exhibit a family of operators to prove T-coercivity and we show that the stability constant is equal to the classical

Numerical solution to Bitsadze-Samarskii type elliptic overdetermined multipoint NBVP
This paper is devoted to a Bitsadze-Samarskii type overdetermined multipoint nonlocal boundary value problem (NBVP). This inverse problem is reduced to an auxiliary multipoint NBVP.

ABSTRACT Background Chronic micro‐inflammation in patients with end‐stage renal disease (ESRD) is a significant driver of cardiovascular complications and diminished quality of life. While standard hemodialysis (SHD) effectively manages small‐molecule clearance, its ability to remove medium‐to‐large uremic toxins—the primary catalysts of systemic ...

TFARMA Models: Order Estimation and Stabilization [PDF]
The time-frequency ARMA (TFARMA) model is introduced as a time-varying ARMA model for nonstationary random processes that is formulated in terms of time shifts and frequency (Doppler) shifts. We present Akaike and minimum description length information criteria for the practically important task of selecting the TFARMA model orders.
