On The Stability Of Fixed Points In Topological Spaces
In this papers we introduced new concepts of stability: strongly stable, c-stable, and c-strongly stable. We discussed the stability of fixed points with respect to each of a topology and a base for that topology.

Active Equalization of Lithium-Ion Battery Based on Reconfigurable Topology
The equalization technique is a key technique in the secondary utilization of retired batteries. In this paper, a double-layer equalization method is proposed, which combines the reconfigurable topology with the converter active equalization method.

Augmented Paths and Reodesics for Topologically-Stable Matching
We propose a fully-automatic method that computes from scratch point-to-point dense correspondences between isometric shapes under topological noise. While relying on pairwise distance preservation constraints is common and generally sufficient to handle isometric deformations, presence of topological noise needs further actions that we present as our ...

Stable Thickenings in the Topological Category [PDF]
A thickening, in the topological category, of a complex K is an equivalence class of simple homotopy equivalences gO:K--M, where M is a topological manifold with boundary. Here it is shown that for stable thickenings (dim M>>dim K), the set 3(K) of stable thickenings is in 1-1 correspondence with homotopy classes of maps of K into BTop.

Topological stable rank of nest algebras [PDF]
We establish a general result about extending a right invertible row over a Banach algebra to an invertible matrix. This is applied to the computation of right topological stable rank of a split exact sequence. We also introduce a quantitative measure of stable rank.

Stability and Statistical Inferences in the Space of Topological Spatial Relationships
Modeling topological properties of the spatial relationship between objects, known as the topological relationship, represent a fundamental research problem in many domains including artificial intelligence and geographical information science.

Network Topology Inference Based on Subset Structure Fusion
Network topology measurement is an important component in network research. Network tomography is able to accurately infer network topology by using end-to-end measurement without cooperation of internal routers.

Stable Topological Signatures for Points on 3D Shapes [PDF]
AbstractComparing points on 3D shapes is among the fundamental operations in shape analysis. To facilitate this task, a great number of local point signatures or descriptors have been proposed in the past decades. However, the vast majority of these descriptors concentrate on the local geometry of the shape around the point, and thus are insensitive to

On the topology of stable maps
We investigate how Viro's integral calculus applies for the study of the topology of stable maps. We also discuss several applications to Morin maps and complex maps.
