Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib

WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Measurements of three components of clear air atmospheric turbulence were made with an airplane incorporating a special instrumentation system to provide accurate data resolution to wavelengths of approximately 12,500 m (40,000 ft).

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.
