Endovascular Treatment of Acute Aortic Dissection Stanford Type A
A 48-year-old man was admitted to our emergency department in a critical condition with aortic dissection Stanford type A extending from the aortic arch after the ostium of the brachiocephalic trunk to both iliac arteries with severe compression of the true lumen.

Rod Origami (RodOri) springs harness snap‐through instabilities of pre‐stressed curved rods with geometrically programmable buckling behavior. Integrating RodOri springs with distinct geometries yields multistable metamaterials that undergo stepwise reconfiguration via sequential snapping, achieving wide‐range tunability of stiffness and resonance ...

Physics‐Informed Neural Network‐Enabled Forward Prediction and Inverse Design of Ring Origami
This work presents a KRT‐PINN framework that integrates Kirchhoff rod theory with physics‐informed neural networks for the forward prediction and inverse design of ring origami consisting of closed‐loop rods. The framework predicts stable states of segmented rings with prescribed natural‐curvature profiles and determines the natural‐curvature profiles ...

Circumferential Intimal Intussusception in a Case of Stanford Type-A Dissection
Intimointimal intussusception is a rare but serious complication of aortic dissection (1). Under hemodynamic forces, this cylindrical flap of tissue can intussuscept within the false lumen causing distal obstruction (1). A 58 year-old male patient was referred to us with chest pain that had started 3 days previously.

Engineering Slow‐Carrier Interfacial Recombination Enables Tailored Spectral Response
This work demonstrates that weak‐drift slow carriers are preferentially captured at generic semiconductor surfaces/interfaces and recombine. This process is manipulated to achieve tailored spectral response. A tens of µm‐wide depletion region is created to observe surface collection rates for photocarriers generated at different positions.

Unipolar Barrier Near‐Infrared 2D Photodetectors for 3D Image Sensors
A MoTe2/WSe2/Cl–SnSe2 unipolar barrier photodetector is demonstrated, in which the WSe2 layer effectively blocks majority‐carrier injection, yielding suppressed dark current and enhanced near‐infrared (NIR) sensing. The device achieves high detectivity, a wide linear dynamic range, and fast response under 1310 nm illumination, enabling high‐fidelity 3D
