SMAD4 is identified as a guardian of 3D genome architecture in lung squamous cell carcinoma. Loss of SMAD4 unleashes EP300 at chromatin loop anchors, strengthening enhancer–promoter looping and H3K27ac at the SOX2 locus to drive aberrant SOX2 activation and tumor cell proliferation.

Catalog of outbursts of neutron star LMXBs
Many X-ray binaries are transiently accreting. Having statistics on their recurrence times is helpful to address questions related to binary evolution and populations, as well as the physics of binary systems.

Integrated single‐cell mass spectrometry reveals distinct lipidomic signatures that differentiate leader and follower phenotypes in migratory breast cancer cells. Phenotype‐specific alterations across various lipid classes, including fatty acids and phosphatidylcholines, underpin functional heterogeneity.

SuFEx‐Enabled Reprogramming of Flavonoids for Selective α‐Glucosidase Covalent Inhibition
Selective inhibition of intestinal α‐glucosidase remains limited by poor enzyme specificity and off‐target metabolic effects. Here, SuFEx click chemistry is used to reprogram natural flavonoids into covalent inhibitors with enhanced α‐glucosidase selectivity and controlled reactivity. This strategy enables effective regulation of carbohydrate digestion

Bridging Low- and High-Mass Star Formation with an Expanded Yellowball Catalog
Understanding star formation is critical to understanding the evolution and history of galaxies and, by extension, how our universe came to be the way it is. “Yellowballs,” or YBs, are sites of star formation in our Milky Way Galaxy.

AI‐Designed Cyclic Peptides Enable Controllable Modulation of the CD28 Immune Checkpoint
AI‐designed cyclic peptides enable controllable modulation of the CD28 immune checkpoint through reversible disruption of CD28‐CD80/CD86 interactions. The lead peptide, CIP‐3, suppresses T‐cell activation without intrinsic agonist activity, demonstrates dose‐dependent efficacy in a murine colitis model, and attenuates inflammatory cytokine production ...
