Reliable Fiber Sensor System with Star-Ring-Bus Architecture

open access: yes, 2020
[[abstract]]This work presents a novel star-ring-bus sensor system and demonstrates its effectiveness. The main trunk of the proposed sensor system is a star topology and the sensing branches comprise a series of bus subnets.

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Thermal design and analysis of high power star sensors

open access: yesCase Studies in Thermal Engineering, 2015
The requirement for the temperature stability is very high in the star sensors as the high precision needs for the altitude information. Thermal design and analysis thus is important for the high power star sensors and their supporters.

STaR: Security transparency and reconfigurability for Wireless Sensor Networks programming

open access: yes, 2013
Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are prone to security attacks. To protect the network from potential adversaries, it is necessary to secure communications between sensor nodes.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Penerapan Algoritma A-Star Sebagai Pencari Rute Terpendek pada Robot Hexapod

open access: yesJurnal Nasional Teknik Elektro, 2018
A-Star is a path finding algorithm that combine Uniform Cost Search and Greedy-Best First Search. Uniform Cost Search will choose the smallest cost from start to goal, while Greedy-Best First Search uses a heuristic function to estimate the cost required

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Finite-Horizon Robust Kalman Filter for Uncertain Attitude Estimation System with Star Sensor Measurement Delays

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
This paper addresses the robust Kalman filtering problem for uncertain attitude estimation system with star sensor measurement delays. Combined with the misalignment errors and scale factor errors of gyros in the process model and the misalignment errors

A Stellar Imaging Error Correction Method Based on an Ellipsoid Model: Taking Ziyuan 3-02 Satellite Data Analysis as an Example

open access: yesSensors, 2018
Stellar point image coordinates are one of the important observations needed for high-precision space attitude measurement with a star sensor. High-coupling imaging errors occur under dynamic imaging conditions.
