Robust pole assignment by state-derivative feedback using gradient flow approach

An LMI approach to admissibilization of descriptor systems via state derivative feedback
2015 World Congress on Information Technology and Computer Applications (WCITCA), 2015This paper provides a technique for admissibilization of linear descriptor systems by state derivative feedback. Sufficient conditions are derived for the closed-loop system to be admissible are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). So, these conditions are reliable using numerical computations.

Analysis of Pole Placement Problem in Control Systems Using State Derivative Feedback
2011In this paper, we have designed a state derivative feedback controller for inverted pendulum. The presented approach is based on results reported by Abdelaziz and Valasek[1], [2] which shows that for some class of control system problems, state derivative feedback gives smaller gain in comparison to traditional state feedback.
