A Stateless Opportunistic Routing Protocol for Underwater Sensor Networks [PDF]

open access: hybridWireless Communications and Mobile Computing, 2018
Routing packets in Underwater Sensor Networks (UWSNs) face different challenges, the most notable of which is perhaps how to deal with void communication areas. While this issue is not addressed in some underwater routing protocols, there exist some partially state‐full protocols which can guarantee the delivery of packets using excessive communication

An Enhancement of Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing Protocol in VANET

open access: diamondProcedia Computer Science, 2019
Abstract The technological development in the world has increased rapidly and touched various areas, especially communication technology, which evolves with the evolution of wireless technology. This technology has invaded several areas, including the transport sector which has benefited from a new technology allowing the communication between ...

Prediction based Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing Protocol for Vehicular Self-organizing Network [PDF]

open access: diamondIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2018
PGPSR (Prediction based Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing) is based on and extended the GPSR protocol to adapt to the high speed mobility of the vehicle auto organization network (VANET) and the changes in the network topology. GPSR is used in the VANET

DT-GPSR: Delay Tolerant-Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing Protocol

open access: bronzeThe Journal of Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences, 2016

SE-GPSR: Secured and Enhanced Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing Protocol for Vehicular Ad hoc Networks

open access: goldInternational Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies, 2020
In Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANET) play an essential role in improving road safety and traffic efficiency. Nevertheless, due to its special characteristics like high mobility, large size of the network and dynamic ...

LDAB-GPSR: Location PreDiction with Adaptive Beaconing – Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

open access: goldInformation Technology and Control, 2022
In mobile ad-hoc networks (MANET), nodes are randomly distributed and move freely, and hence the network may face rapid and unexpected topological changes.

The Bitcoin Protocol as Law, and the Politics of a Stateless Currency

open access: greenSSRN Electronic Journal, 2013
This paper will discuss and evaluate the design features of Bitcoin in relation to the libertarian and metallist philosophies that have shaped the cryptocurrency. Bitcoin has failed to be perfectly decentralized or particularly anonymous. Furthermore, its hyperdeflationary design features have made Bitcoin a currency dependent on outside, more stable ...

Modeling stateless transport protocols in ns-3

open access: green2015 17th Conference of Open Innovations Association (FRUCT), 2015
Development of transport protocols have received a great deal of attention of network research community at several past decades. One of the general directions of such an effort was to improve a congestion control mechanism of the TCP (Transmission Control Protocol), which is tightly bounded with other components of the protocol responsible, for ...

The Case Study Protocol: Enforcing Statelessness in Context Windows

open access: green
One of the primary causes of AI error is ``Contextual Inertia''---the tendency of a model to double down on previous mistakes simply because they exist in its conversation history. This paper introduces the \textbf{Case Study Protocol}, a prompt engineering method that operationalizes the AI's nature as a ``Stateless Inference Event.'' By instructing ...
