Geometry of static perfect fluid space-time [PDF]

open access: yesClassical and quantum gravity, 2023
In this article, we investigate the geometry of static perfect fluid space-time on compact manifolds with boundary. We use the generalized Reilly's formula to establish a geometric inequality for a static perfect fluid space-time involving the area of ...

The Impact of Static Fluid E-Module by Integrating STEM on Learning Outcomes of Students

open access: yesJournal of Education Technology, 2022
Students' success in learning can be seen from the achievement of student competencies. This means that several factors affect student learning outcomes, such as learning materials or e-module. E-module is a module packaged in electronic or digital form

Fluid Leakage in Static Rubber Seals [PDF]

open access: yesTribology letter, 2022
Interfacial surface roughness can result in fluid leakage of seals, and in the design of seals it is standard to give an upper limit for the surface root-mean-square (rms) roughness amplitude hrms.

Identification of Students' Misconceptions in Static Fluid [PDF]

open access: yesTarbiyah: Jurnal Ilmiah Kependidikan, 2020
This study aimed to identify students’ misconceptions in static fluid covering Archimedes’ Principle and hydrostatic pressure. The used-instruments were of 10 multiple choice questions supported by reasons for answers.

Synchronized stationary clouds in a static fluid [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2018
The existence of stationary bound states for the hydrodynamic velocity field between two concentric cylinders is established. We argue that rotational motion, together with a trapping mechanism for the associated field, is sufficient to mitigate energy ...

Static-fluid black holes [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2017
We investigate black holes formed by static perfect fluid with $p=-ρ/3$. These represent the black holes in $S_3$ and $H_3$ spatial geometries. There are three classes of black-hole solutions, two $S_3$ types and one $H_3$ type. The interesting solution is the one of $S_3$ type which possesses two singularities.

Non-Static Fluid Spheres Admitting a Conformal Killing Vector: Exact Solutions [PDF]

open access: yesUniverse, 2022
We carry on a general study on non-static spherically symmetric fluids admitting a conformal Killing vector (CKV). Several families of exact analytical solutions are found for different choices of the CKV in both the dissipative and the adiabatic regime.

The Effect of Problem Based Learning Model on Creative and Critical Thinking Skills in Static Fluid Topics

open access: yesJurnal Pendidikan Sains Indonesia, 2021
Creative and critical thinking skills are one of the demands of new skills needed by students in the current era. One of the learning models that can sharpen creative and critical thinking skills is Problem based learning (PBL).

Design of e-modules to stimulate HOTS on static fluid materials with the STEM approach

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2021
This study aims to develop an e-module to stimulate HOTS on static fluid material with the STEM approach. The research method uses the design of research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design,
