Calibration of a Static Stiffness Reference
Frontiers in Optics / Laser Science, 2020We demonstrate the calibration of a static stiffness reference by measuring the deflection of the sensor under the load of a calibrated mass. This method produces repeatable results and traceability to the kilogram.
