Design and statistical analysis of a new chaotic block cipher for Wireless Sensor Networks

Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation, 2012
Abstract Security issue is a vital and active topic in the research of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). After surveying the existing encryption algorithms for WSN briefly, we propose a new chaotic block cipher for WSN and then compare the performance of this cipher with those of RC5 and RC6 block ciphers.

Two-phase Designs in the Presence of Correlated Observations

International journal of agricultural and statistical sciences
In two-phase experimental setups, observations are often correlated due to shared blocking factors in the laboratory phase, such as common equipment, technicians, or processing protocols.

Adaptively combining independent jonckheere statistics in a randomized block design with unequal scales

Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 1978
Jonckheere (1954) proposed a test statistic which is commonly used in testing for ordered alternatives in block designs.- We consider the application of Jonckheere's test statistic in block designs which have unequal scale parameters for the blocks.

Multiple Comparisons Based on StudentizedM-Statistics in a Randomized Block Design

Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 2010
In a randomized block design, robust versions based on scale-invariant M-statistics are proposed for single-step multiple comparisons procedures discussed by Tukey (1953) and Dunnett (1955). Although the symmetry of the underlying distribution is needed in the asymptotic theory of Huber's M-estimators, the proposed procedures do not demand the symmetry.

Extended tables of the distributions of rank statistics for treatment versus control in randomized block designs

Communications in Statistics - Simulation and Computation, 1977
In this paper we give the distribution of rank statistics for testing treatment versus control in a randomized block design. The data are given in the form of a two-way layout of n rows and k columns. The rows represent blocks and the columns represent treatments. We assume that treatment 1 is the control or standard. Denote by Xij (i=l,…, n; j=l,…, k)
