An RVG‑engineered exosomal saRNA delivery system (RVG‑EVs‑saPtpro) effectively targets and activates hippocampal PTPRO, functioning as a “molecular brake” to alleviate cancer therapy‑related cognitive impairment (CTRCI) by enhancing neuronal survival, neurogenesis, and synaptic plasticity.

Targeting Lilrb4a in Apolipoprotein E4 (APOE4)‐associated Alzheimer's disease (AD) reprograms microglia toward a beneficial, phagocytic state. Genetic deletion or antisense inhibition of Lilrb4a suppresses p‐SHP2/NF‐κB/STAT1 signaling, restores PPAR‐linked lipid and energy metabolism, and reduces amyloid plaque burden and cerebral amyloid angiopathy ...

Lecturers Pedagogical Concepts in Reducing Student Anxiety in Statistics Courses
Graduate students show high levels of anxiety in studying Statistics; This anxiety affects their appreciation of statistics courses. This is urgent to research because there are differences between theory, expectations, and reality in the field.

Magnetomechanical neuromodulation using magnetic nanodiscs enables remote activation of neurons. In a hemiparkinsonian mouse model, alternating magnetic fields actuate the nanodiscs to generate torque that opens mechanosensitive ion channels within the subthalamic nucleus, thereby modulating basal ganglia motor circuitry.

The burden of statistics anxiety on students calls for effective interventions. This study investigated whether a cognitive reappraisal training designed to stimulate the generation of positive re-interpretations may yield behavioral changes in anxiety measures and changes in cerebral activation patterns reflecting the activation of approach/avoidance ...

Palatable food alleviates stress and prevents anxiety. This study uncovers a dedicated neural pathway: dopamine release in the PFC activates D1R neurons, whose projections to the peri‐PVN engage a population of anxiolytic CRFR1 neurons. These neurons then inhibit stress‐induced hyperactivity of PVNCRF neurons, providing a circuit‐level explanation for ...
