Status of family planning in Peru
Since Peru has no official family planning program the prive University Cayetano Heredia has designed a program to provide health care to women of reproductive age and to investigate various social and economic aspects of the community and has started a family planning educational program for consumers and medical students.

ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Children with cancer living in poverty experience worse survival and quality of life. Interventions connecting low‐income families to benefits (e.g., Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program [SNAP] improve health outcomes; yet nearly 50% of SNAP‐eligible pediatric oncology families are unenrolled.
