The influence of a cylindrical strut shortly downstream of the bladerow on the vibration behavior of the last stage rotor blades of a single stage LP model steam turbine was investigated in the present study. Steam turbine retrofits often result in an increase of turbine size, aiming for more power and higher efficiency.

近年の地球環境保全に対する社会的要求が高まる中,レンゴーでは「エコチャレンジ009」を制定し,省資源・省エネルギーの取り組みを行っている。「エコチャレンジ009」中の目標のひとつに,「2009年度までに全社のCO2総排出量を1990年度比22%削減する」を掲げ,達成に向け取り組んでいる。本稿では利根川事業所で,LNGサテライト設備導入による発電用ボイラーの燃料転換(C重油⇒LNG)を行いCO2排出量を大幅に削減した事例と,発電タービン高効率タイプへの更新による省エネルギー事例について紹介する。
