Low‐frequency noise spectroscopy defines the resolvable conductance states of synaptic FeFETs by coupling read‐current fluctuation with usable dynamic range. The resulting noise‐limited bit precision establishes a universal, device‐agnostic reliability metric beyond the memory window, enabling quantitative benchmarking and rational design of high ...

Exchange‐Coupled Two‐Dimensional MOFs
Graphene mediates ferromagnetic coupling between two‐dimensional metal‐organic frameworks and cobalt. Fe‐tetracyanobenzene develops a remanent magnetic response whose orientation follows the cobalt magnetization direction and persists up to room temperature, whereas Ni‐TCNB remains only field‐polarized.

Beyond Multiple Choice: Evaluating Steering Vectors for Summarization
Steering vectors are a lightweight method for controlling text properties by adding a learned bias to language model activations at inference time. While predominantly studied for multiple-choice and toy tasks, their effectiveness in free-form generation remains largely unexplored.

Resonant standing waves generate large‐area lattices of liquid‐crystal topological defects that are permanently encoded into polymer coatings by photopolymerization. The preserved director architecture produces thermally reconfigurable surface topographies while maintaining programmable optical functionality, demonstrating a scalable strategy for ...

Hafnium zirconium oxide thin films are grown using plasma‐enhanced atomic layer deposition with the addition of an atomic layer annealing (ALA) step. ALA leads to a change in the short‐range structure of the deposit and encourages formation of the ferroelectric Pca21 phase. The result is wake‐up‐free performance with films exposed to ALA.

Understanding (Un)Reliability of Steering Vectors in Language Models
Steering vectors are a lightweight method to control language model behavior by adding a learned bias to the activations at inference time. Although steering demonstrates promising performance, recent work shows that it can be unreliable or even counterproductive in some cases.
