En este trabajo se describen los hallazgos histopatológicos e inmunohistoquímicos de una cirrosis biliar en un delfín listado varado vivo en las costas de Fuerteventura. Macroscópicamente el hígado tenía tamaño normal, consistencia firme y numerosos nódulos blanco-amarillentos en la superficie visceral.
