ABSTRACT This article addresses the problem of quantifying the uncertainty in planning aircraft ground movement operations using towbarless robotic tractors taking into account the inherent uncertainties of the problem, specifically, the uncertainties in the weight of the aircraft and in the rolling resistance of the wheels of the main landing gear ...

Abstract BackgroundComputed tomography (CT) is widely used in clinical practice due to its ability to provide detailed anatomical information. However, variations in radiation dose can affect image quality, potentially compromising the performance and reliability of artificial intelligence (AI) models applied to these images.

Cointegrating Polynomial Regressions With Power Law Trends
ABSTRACT The common practice in cointegrating polynomial regressions (CPRs) often confines nonlinearities in the variable of interest to stochastic trends, thereby overlooking the possibility that they may be caused by deterministic components. As an extension, we propose univariate and multivariate CPRs that incorporate power law deterministic trends.

BICOMPLEX VERSION OF STIELTJES TRANSFORM AND APPLICATIONS
. Motivated by the recent developments of the integral transform in bicomplex form, in this paper we derive the formula for bicomplex version of Stieltjes transform, it's inverse and relationship with bicomplex Laplace transform.

Multivariate representations of univariate marked Hawkes processes
Abstract Univariate marked Hawkes processes are used to model a range of real‐world phenomena including earthquake aftershock sequences, contagious disease spread, content diffusion on social media platforms, and order book dynamics. This paper illustrates a fundamental connection between univariate marked Hawkes processes and multivariate Hawkes ...

On the theory of generalized Stieltjes transforms
We identify measures arising in the representations of products of generalized Stieltjes transforms as generalized Stieltjes transforms, provide optimal estimates for the size of those measures, and address a similar issue for generalized Cauchy transforms.

Abelian Theorem for the Distributional Stieltjes Transformation
In this paper we use the notion of L‐quasiasymptotic at infinity of distributions to obtain a final value Tauberian theorem for the distributional Stieltjes transformation.

A theorem on the generalized Stieltjes transform and its applications
This paper presents a proof of Parseval-Goldstein type theorem involving the generalized Stieltjes transform and the classical Laplace transform. The theorem is then shown to yield a number of results about the Widder potential transform and the Laguerre

Neural Controlled Differential Equation and Its Application in Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics
Neural controlled differential equations (NCDE), driven by control variables, are capable to learn the discontinuous dynamics in the PK and PD datasets. ABSTRACT With the recent advances in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), data‐driven modeling approaches for pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) have gained popularity ...

Transformations of Lebesgue–Stieltjes Integrals
The author discusses the formula \(\int^b_a f(x)d\alpha(x)= \int^{\alpha(b)}_{\alpha(a)} g(t)dt\) for suitable functions \(f\), \(\alpha\) and \(g\) obtained therefrom.
