A STOCHASTIC MODELING FOR THE UNSTABLE FINANCIAL MARKETS [PDF]
Considering the present economic context, the measurement of performances has become a permanent preoccupation for organizations, since the whole process is based on it, offering the necessary feedback to identify both the positive actions which have led

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

New approach to optimal control of stochastic Volterra integral equations
We study optimal control of stochastic Volterra integral equations (SVIE) with jumps by using Hida-Malliavin calculus. We give conditions under which there exist unique solutions of such equations.

Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

A class of stochastic Gronwall’s inequality and its application
This paper puts forward the basic form of stochastic Gronwall’s inequality and uses, respectively, the iterative method, the integral method and the martingale representation method to prove it.

Field‐free spin‐orbit torque domain‐wall synapses integrated with stochastic MTJ neurons enable compact hardware Boltzmann machines. Leveraging intrinsic stochasticity and multi‐level conductance, the system achieves efficient probabilistic learning with high accuracy, demonstrating a scalable spintronic platform for energy‐efficient edge AI.

Admonian's method for Hammerstein integral equations arising from chemical reactor theory
An ordinary differential equation with a parameter in the boundary conditions describes the steady state in an adiabatic tubular chemical reactor. In this paper, the problem is considered as a Hammerstein integral equation and solutions are obtained ...
