RaMBat: Accurate identification of medulloblastoma subtypes from diverse data sources with severe batch effects

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

A Comprehensive Overview of the Clinical, Electrophysiological, and Neuroimaging Features of BPAN: Insights From a New Case Series

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Neurodegeneration with brain iron accumulation (NBIA) comprises a genetically and clinically heterogeneous group of rare neurological disorders characterized particularly by iron accumulation in the basal ganglia. To date, 15 genes have been associated with NBIA.

Chaotic expansion in the G-expectation space [PDF]

open access: yesOpuscula Mathematica, 2013
In this paper, we are motivated by uncertainty problems in volatility. We prove the equivalent theorem of Wiener chaos with respect to \(G\)-Brownian motion in the framework of a sublinear expectation space.

Generalized fractional inequalities of the Hermite-Hadamard type via new Katugampola generalized fractional integrals

open access: yesKarpatsʹkì Matematičnì Publìkacìï, 2022
A new generalization of the Katugampola generalized fractional integrals in terms of the Mittag-Leffler functions is proposed. Consequently, new generalizations of the Hermite-Hadamard inequalities by this newly proposed fractional integral operator, for

The Hypotheses on Expansion of Iterated Stratonovich Stochastic Integrals of Arbitrary Multiplicity and Their Partial Proof

open access: yes, 2020
In this review article we collected more than ten theorems on expansions of iterated Ito and Stratonovich stochastic integrals, which have been formulated and proved by the author.

An extension of Wiener integration with the use of operator theory

open access: yes, 2009
With the use of tensor product of Hilbert space, and a diagonalization procedure from operator theory, we derive an approximation formula for a general class of stochastic integrals.

Deep Learning–Assisted Differentiation of Four Peripheral Neuropathies Using Corneal Confocal Microscopy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Peripheral neuropathies contribute to patient disability but may be diagnosed late or missed altogether due to late referral, limitation of current diagnostic methods and lack of specialized testing facilities. To address this clinical gap, we developed NeuropathAI, an interpretable deep learning–based multiclass classification ...

Expansion of Iterated Stochastic Integrals with Respect to Martingale Poisson Measures and with Respect to Martingales Based on Generalized Multiple Fourier Series

open access: yes, 2020
We consider some versions and generalizations of the approach to expansion of iterated Ito stochastic integrals of arbitrary multiplicity $k$ $(k\in\mathbb{N})$ based on generalized multiple Fourier series. The expansions of iterated stochastic integrals

Characterization of Defect Distribution in an Additively Manufactured AlSi10Mg as a Function of Processing Parameters and Correlations with Extreme Value Statistics

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for
