Second order Riesz transforms on multiply-connected Lie groups and processes with jumps
We study a class of combinations of second order Riesz transforms on Lie groups that are multiply connected, composed of a discrete abelian component and a compact connected component.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Construction of Lyapunov functions from first integrals for stochastic stability analysis
This paper explores the application of first integrals in constructing Lyapunov functions for stability analysis of dynamical systems in stochastic domains. A key advantage of using first integrals is their ability to embed system-specific structural and

A new generalization of the Katugampola generalized fractional integrals in terms of the Mittag-Leffler functions is proposed. Consequently, new generalizations of the Hermite-Hadamard inequalities by this newly proposed fractional integral operator, for

Screening Routine Clinical Notes for Epilepsy Surgery Candidates Using Large Language Models
ABSTRACT Objective Epilepsy surgery is severely underutilized despite proven efficacy, with substantial under‐referral of eligible patients in routine clinical practice. This study evaluated the potential role of large language models (LLMs) as decision‐support tools for screening unstructured clinical notes to identify epilepsy surgery candidates and ...

Chaotic expansion in the G-expectation space [PDF]
In this paper, we are motivated by uncertainty problems in volatility. We prove the equivalent theorem of Wiener chaos with respect to \(G\)-Brownian motion in the framework of a sublinear expectation space.

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

The Range of Stochastic Integration
Every measurable real-valued function $f$ on the space of Wiener process paths with $E(|f|^p) < \infty$ (where $0 < p < 1$) can be represented as a stochastic integral $f = \int \varphi dX$, where $E(\int \varphi^2(t)dt)^{p/2} < \infty$. A similar result holds for $1 < p < \infty$ if and only if $E(f) = 0$.

Geometric analysis of noisy perturbations to nonholonomic constraints
We propose two types of stochastic extensions of nonholonomic constraints for mechanical systems. Our approach relies on a stochastic extension of the Lagrange-d'Alembert framework. We consider in details the case of invariant nonholonomic systems on the

The article is devoted to the expansions of iterated Stratonovich stochastic integrals of multiplicities 1 to 4 on the basis of the method of generalized multiple Fourier series that are converge in the sense of norm in Hilbert space $L_2([t, T]^k),$ $k ...
