Ultrasmall High‐Entropy Materials: Nanoscale Effects, Synthesis, and Mechanistic Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review article focuses on sub‐10 nm high‐entropy materials that combine nanoscale design with complex compositions for next‐generation applications. ABSTRACT Ultrasmall high‐entropy nanomaterials (USHENMs, <10 nm) merge multicomponent chemistry with size‐dependent effects, forming a distinct class of materials with unprecedented properties.

Itô’s Formula, the Stochastic Exponential, and Change of Measure on General Time Scales

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2017
We provide an Itô formula for stochastic dynamical equation on general time scales. Based on this Itô’s formula we give a closed-form expression for stochastic exponential on general time scales.

Computable Bounds for Extreme Event Probabilities in Stochastic Economic Models [PDF]

open access: yes
The paper introduces a multiplicative drift condition for evaluating stochastic economic models. The drift condition is shown to permit computation of quantitative bounds for extreme event probabilities in terms of the model primitives.

The new maximal measures for stochastic processes [PDF]

open access: yesZeitschrift für Analysis und ihre Anwendungen, 2007
In recent work the author proposed a reformed notion of stochastic processes, which in particular removes notorious problems with uncountable time domains. In case of a Polish state space the new stochastic processes are in one-to-one correspondence with the traditional ones.

Transparent and Robust LiCl–Organohydrogel Triboelectric Nanogenerator With Deep Learning Assisted Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Develop a LiCl–PEI–PAM hydrogel with 3000% stretchability and excellent optical transparency. Through comparative studies of various salts, confirm that LiCl is the most suitable salt for high TENG output. Achieve excellent freeze‐resistant, dry‐resistant, and rapid self‐healing (10 s) properties even in extreme environments. Balance ionic conductivity,

Thermally Pre‐Formed Reconfigurable Resistive Random‐Access Memory Crossbar Arrays: A Dual‐Mode Platform for Robust Physically Unclonable Functions and In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.

Sample path properties of multidimensional integral with respect to stochastic measure

open access: yesModern Stochastics: Theory and Applications
The integral with respect to a multidimensional stochastic measure, assuming only its σ-additivity in probability, is studied. The continuity and differentiability of realizations of the integral are established.
