Sufficient and necessary conditions of stochastic permanence and extinction for stochastic logistic model with Markovian switching and Lévy noise

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, stochastic permanence and extinction of a stochastic logistic model with Markovian switching and L?vy noise are investigated by combining stochastic analytical techniques with M-matrix analysis. Sufficient and necessary conditions

Inverse Design of Pre‐Strain via a Predictive Electromechanical Model for Enhanced Strain Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An analytical electromechanical model rooted in microcrack evolution mechanics is globally calibrated from only eight pre‐strain datasets, enabling prediction of the complete sensing response at untested pre‐strain values within the calibrated design space (R2 > 0.99).

Multiphoton Quantum Reservoirs For Robust Multidimensional Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Projective measurements reveal hidden multidimensional quantum networks within classical multiphoton fields, enabling robust quantum reservoirs for room‐temperature quantum simulation, prediction, and information processing. These networks transform noisy classical photonic platforms into scalable quantum computational architectures.

Dynamical Behavior of a Stochastic Delayed One-Predator and Two-Mutualistic-Prey Model with Markovian Switching and Different Functional Responses

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2016
We propose a stochastic delayed one-predator and two-mutualistic-prey model perturbed by white noise and telegraph noise. By the M-matrix analysis and Lyapunov functions, sufficient conditions of stochastic permanence and extinction are established ...

Dynamics for a stochastic delayed SIRS epidemic model

open access: yesNonlinear Analysis, 2020
In this paper, we consider a stochastic delayed SIRS epidemic model with seasonal variation. Firstly, we prove that the system is mathematically and biologically well-posed by showing the global existence, positivity and stochastically ultimate ...

Mechanically Reprogrammed Coaxial Fibers for Multiphysics Transduction and Human‐Machine Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A continuously wet‐spun coaxial fiber is developed to combine stretchable conductivity, resistive sensing, and self‐powered triboelectric sensing in a single architecture. A mechanically reprogrammed dual‐network sheath stabilizes large deformation and improves signal reliability. These fibers can be woven into textile interfaces for multichannel touch

Parallel implementation of stochastic simulation for large-scale cellular processes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Experimental and theoretical studies have shown the importance of stochastic processes in genetic regulatory networks and cellular processes. Cellular networks and genetic circuits often involve small numbers of key proteins such as transcriptional ...
