Mimicking Human Perspiration: A Layered Microfluidic Skin Phantom With Tunable Hydrodynamics

A multilayer microfluidic skin phantom based on thermoplastic elastomers is developed to mimic human perspiration. Spatially controlled wettability enables capillary‐driven transport and controlled droplet formation at the surface, resembling sweat gland behavior.

This study establishes a dual‐channel optical metrology framework integrating phase‐shifting imaging ellipsometry and deep‐UV reflectance imaging. Label‐Free Detection of a Neurotransmitter Using an Aptamer‐Functionalized Amorphous IGZO Transistor

An aptamer‐functionalized amorphous IGZO thin‐film transistor enables label‐free electrical detection of the neurotransmitter serotonin under liquid‐gated operation. Stepwise surface functionalization ensures stable biomolecule integration and efficient electrostatic coupling.
