A novel biomimetic liposome drug delivery system mediated by macrophage targeting for precision treatment of encephalitis

BMEMat, EarlyView.
An advanced macrophage‐mediated biomimetic liposome (AC‐LP@RAW) that can penetrate the BBB and precisely target inflammatory sites in the deep brain was established in this study based on the unique immune homing property of macrophages, and showed a significantly improved delivery of curcumin to the brain.

Redox‐Dependent Luminescence in a Pentavalent Uranyl Complex

Redox‐dependent luminescence in a molecular pentavalent uranyl complex supported by a pyridine dipyrrolide pincer ligand is presented. Not that hard: The effects of chemical hardness of the soft FLP tBu2InCH2PtBu2 and its pyridine‐adduct tBu2In(py)CH2PtBu2 were examined in adduct formation reactions toward H2, CO2, and CS2. The frustrated Lewis pair shows catalytic activity in the reduction of CO2 with pinacolborane.

Self‐Assembled Luminescent Au(I)–Adamantylamine Coordination Polymer Needles With Thermoresponsive Optical Properties

A self‐assembled hydrophobic and red phosphorescent Au(I) coordination polymer (CP) was synthesized under mild conditions. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD) demonstrated linear Au(I) chains stabilized by aurophilic and hydrogen bonding interactions.
