Cost-effective collaboration between stoma care nurses and the medicines management team

Working in stoma care allows health professionals in the acute hospital setting to collaborate with their peers in the community. In the current NHS climate where cost-efficiency is key, the stoma department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Norfolk, England, forged a strong relationship with the medicines management team in the community.
