Regenerative processes during model gastric ulcer in laboratory rats when using Humilid

open access: yesTheoretical and Applied Veterinary Medicine, 2021
A gastric ulcer caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is the second most common after Helicobacter pylori in both humane and veterinary medicine. The urgent need to find alternative drugs that had a minimum number of side effects led to the use

Experimental Stomach-ulcer on Pika

open access: yesExperimental Animals, 1990
Experimental gastric ulcer formation was performed in the pika and compared with that in the rat. Gastric ulcers were formed in pika that were subjected to water restraint for 4-5 days for 2 hours each day. Gastric ulcers were also formed under conditions of 1-4 days for 3 hours each day and 1-2 days for 5 hours each day.

Indomethacin-antihistamine combination for gastric ulceration control [PDF]

open access: yes, 1981
An anti-inflammatory and analgesic composition containing indomethacin and an H sub 1 or an H sub 2 histamine receptor antagonist in an amount sufficient to reduce gastric distress caused by the indomethacin is described.

Real‐Time, Label‐Free Monitoring of Cell Behavior on a Bioelectronic Scaffold

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A bioelectronic nanofibrous scaffold is introduced that supports cell growth while enabling real‐time, label‐free monitoring of cellular behavior through impedance measurements. The system correlates electrical signals with cell viability and surface coverage, offering an integrated platform for studying dynamic biological processes and advancing next ...

A Human Neural Tube Model Using 4D Self‐Folding Smart Scaffolds

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) exhibit features comparable to the inner cell mass of the human embryo. iPSCs are applied to a novel self‐folding 4D‐Neural Tube (4D‐NT) structure that mimics the neurulation process. This 4D‐NT model recapitulates early events of human neural development and represents a platform to explore neurodevelopmental ...
