Our findings show that feeder cells expressing CD80, 41BBL and membrane‐bound IL‐21 promote optimal NK cell expansion. We also evaluated CAR transduction efficiency into expanded NK cells using different lentiviral vectors. The results indicate that NK cells transduced with the BaeV lentivirus exhibit high cytotoxicity toward target cells.
