Minimizing the Area for Planar Straight-Line Grid Drawings [PDF]

Straight-line grid drawings of bounded size is a classical topic in graph drawing. The Graph Drawing Challenge 2006 dealt with minimizing the area of planar straight-line grid drawings. Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress.
