3D Printed Force Sensor with Inkjet Printed Piezoresistive Based Strain Gauge
Italian National Conference on Sensors, 2018With the combination of different 3D printing technologies, a novel approach has been proposed to fabricate a totally 3D printed sensor with composite structure in this paper, which has the advantages of simple, cost effective and time saving. The design,

General features of the use of spiral grids in the Moiré technique are analysed theoretically. Equations of various types of Moiré fringe patterns are presented, which relate to superposition of circular, spiral, and parallel‐line grids.Goniometric compensation is proposed on Moiré fringes.

Mercury strain gauge plethysmography offers a simple method to determine the presence or absence of arterial obstruction. Its major value lies in localizing and in establishing the extent and severity of arterial disease. Thus it is helpful in selecting patients for aortography and reconstructive surgical procedures.

Strain gauge model testing is commonly applied in mechanical and civil engineering to complement analytical, numerical and finite element models and to assess the relative behaviour of components. In biomechanics comparative investigation of product performance in vitro is often obtained by testing models fitted with different prostheses in a ...
