This review outlines recent advances in droplet digital CRISPR technology for nucleic acid detection, combining CRISPR specificity with droplet digital‐based absolute quantification. Cysteine‐engineered mini‐spidroins (∼33 kDa) undergo phosphate‐induced liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS), where disulfide bonds lock partially aligned polyA segments. Subsequent microfluidic spinning promotes directional β‐sheet crystallization, producing fibers with 531 MPa strength and 182 MJ/m3 toughness.

CuO and CuPO (Cu2P2O7 and Cu3(PO4)2) as precursors are in suit construction two distinct copper‐based active sites during the NO3RR reaction: Cu1+/Cu0 (derived from CuO) and Cu2+/Cu0 (derived from CuPO). Cu1+/Cu0 is the key to achieving high activity and high selectivity.
