OFF-State Drain-Voltage-Stress-Induced VTH Instability in Schottky-Type p-GaN Gate HEMTs

IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, 2020
In this article, we systematically investigate the OFF-state drain-voltage-stress-induced threshold voltage ( $V_{\mathrm {TH}}$ ) instability in Schottky-type p-GaN gate high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs).

Differentiation of Sclerotinia minor depends on thiol redox state and oxidative stress

Canadian Journal of Microbiology, 2008
Sclerotial differentiation in Sclerotinia minor is associated with oxidative stress and thiol redox state. The significance of oxidative stress to sclerotial differentiation was revealed by the higher oxidative stress of S. minor compared with a nonsclerotiogenic counterpart.

Stress State and Stress Rate Dependencies of Stiffness of Soft Clays

2007
The influence of the stress anisotropy imposed during consolidation on the stiffness of soft Bangkok clays was explored using the triaxial equipment. Several testing conditions were imposed on the samples to examine the effects of stress state as well as the rate of loading. It was found the stiffness at moderate strain levels was almost independent to

Morphine state-dependent learning: interactions with α2-adrenoceptors and acute stress

Behavioural Pharmacology, 2003
The interactions of -adrenoceptors and acute restraint stress with morphine state-dependent memory of passive avoidance were examined in mice. Memory acquired following pre-training morphine administration (5 mg/kg, i.p.) was dose- and time-dependently retrieved by pre-test morphine; this effect was reversible by yohimbine (1 mg/kg). Pre-test clonidine

Effect of elastic properties dependence of the stress state in composite materials

Aerospace Systems, 2018
Buckling problem is quite important for the engineering practice, mostly in cases of lightweight structures. The use of composites reduces the weight of the structure but gives problems in choice of reliable methods to model buckling and postbuckling behavior of details, especially if they contain thin-walled components.

Non-contact method for stress monitoring based on stress dependence of magnetic properties of Fe-based microwires

Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 2018
The current research describes a non-contact method for stress monitoring based on stress dependence of magnetic properties of ferromagnetic microwires as well as composites with embedded microwires.

Modeling of Stress-State-Dependent Damage and Failure of Ductile Metals

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2015
The paper discusses an anisotropic continuum damage model. It takes into account the effect of stress state on damage and failure conditions as well as on evolution equations of damage strains. To validate the proposed framework experiments with biaxially loaded specimens and corresponding numerical simulations are performed covering a wide range of ...

Sex-dependent effects of early life stress on network and behavioral states

Abstract Background Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are associated with numerous detriments in health, including increased vulnerability to psychiatric illnesses. Early life stress (ELS) in rodents has been shown to effectively model several of the behavioral and endocrine impacts of ACEs and ...
