A stripline resonator for ESR

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1974
A stripline resonator for ESR is described. Spectra obtained show that the relatively low Q value, as compared with a standard cavity, is to a high degree compensated by the higher filling factor. The same resonator can be used for different frequencies. At low ESR frequencies the size of the resonator is much smaller than that of a cavity.

Harmonically Pumped Stripline Down-Converter

IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 1974
A novel thin-film down-converter which is pumped at a submultiple of the local-oscillator frequency has given a conversion loss which is comparable to the performance of conventional balanced mixers. The converter consists of two stripline filters and two Schottky-barrier diodes which are shunt mounted in a strip transmission line.

Broadband Stripline Circulator

MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest, 2005
Performance data on experimental stripline circulators using single-crystal YIG or Li-ferrite discs and external YIG (or Li-ferrite) domes (for achieving a nearly uniform internal magnetic fieldstrength) are summarized and compared with theoretical expectations.

Symmetric stripline duplexer

Radioelectronics and Communications Systems, 2017
The compact duplexer using the symmetric stripline and containing the fifth-order comb filters in transmit channel TX (2300–2370 MHz) and receive channel RX (2510–2580 MHz) is constructed, and the characteristics of obtained duplexer are measured. This duplexer is built using dielectric material Al2O3 (Alumina, polikor) with high thermal conductivity ...

YIG tuning of a stripline Gunn oscillator

IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1972
A YIG sphere is used to provide frequency tuning in an X-band Gunn-effect stripline oscillator circuit. A tuning range of 1 GHz with a power output variation of 7.4-9 mW is achieved. It is suggested that the technique has application in microwave integrated circuits, particularly where FM noise reduction is important ...

Stripline dielectric measurements

Conference on Electrical Insulation & Dielectric Phenomena - Annual Report 1968, 1968
A stripline method for measuring dielectric constant and loss tangent of sheet insulation, particularly of stripline laminates, offers several advantages for laboratory study and routine quality control of microwave dielectric properties at frequencies above 300 MHz: (1) a stripline test circuit meets the requirement that, since many useful stripline ...

Microstrip fed coplanar stripline tee junction using coupled coplanar stripline

2001 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Sympsoium Digest (Cat. No.01CH37157), 2002
A microstrip fed coplanar stripline (CPS) tee junction was developed using a coupled coplanar stripline (CCPS) without bonding wire. The new tee junction equally splits the power to each output port with an insertion loss of 0.7 dB from 2 GHz to 4.15 GHz.

On the principle of stripline circulation

Proceedings of the IEE - Part B: Electronic and Communication Engineering, 1962
A circular disc of gyromagnetic material, when placed between two infinite plane conductors and magnetized axially, can support cylindrical modes having no field variation in the axial direction. In terms of a superposition of some of these (radiating) modes the physical principle of the stripline circulator can be explained, at least tentatively ...
