Attenuation in superconducting striplines

IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 1979
Measurements of the Q of stripline resonators yield values for the attenuation of Nb-Nb 2 O 5 -Pb striplines typical of those used in superconducting microcircuits. At 4 K the attenuation between 50 and 500 MHz is proportional to frequency and probably results from dielectric losses. Near the transition temperature of Pb, the attenuation begins to show

A Stripline Frequency Translator

IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 1961
A frequency translator is discussed which operates at C-band frequencies. The modulators in the frequency translator are crystal diodes, and modulation is obtained by periodic variation of the reflection characteristic of the crystal modulators. The conversion loss of the frequency translator is 6.5 db at 8-mw input power. The unwanted sidebands are at

Stripline Filters - An Overview

37th Annual Symposium on Frequency Control, 1983
Stripline filters and the closely related microstrip filters are coupled transmission line networks which are fabricated using one of a number of "printed circuit" fabrication techniques. In order to understand the operation and parameters of stripline filters it is necessary to understand the fundamentals of single and coupled transmission line ...

STRIPLINE FERRITE DEVICES

1968
Abstract : A stripline instantaneous wideband nonreciprocal hybrid using ferrite material is described. A simple theory of operation, potential use as a broadband circulator and switch is described. The design and data on a laboratory model operating from 3 GHz to 9 GHz is presented.

Stripline and microstrip devices

1987
Stripline is often used as a generic term for any transmission line consisting of a thin planar conductor supported on a dielectric sheet parallel to an earthed metallic plane. Symmetrical stripline has the conductor in the region between two earthed metallic conductors, and is sometimes called triplate line.

A Novel Miniature Suspended Stripline Filter

33rd European Microwave Conference, 2003, 2003
Concept, design, and results of a novel miniature suspended stripline (SSL) filter type based on an interdigital filter structure with quasi-lumped elements are presented. The filter is realized in a metal channel of 4.25 mm/spl times/5 mm. Compared to a standard SSL resonator, length is reduced by about 75%.
