학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 전기및전자공학전공, 2005.2, [ iv, 65 p. ]본 논문에서는 3차원 구조의 MMIC를 위한 다층 구조가 제안되었다. MMIC의 구현을 위해서 세 가지 종류의 전송선-microstrip line, triplate stripline, inverted stripline-이 제작되었다. 전송선은 3차원 전자기 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 설계되었다. 3차원 MMIC에서는 이러한 전송선들이 서로 결합될 수 있다.
