On the Strong Solution of the Ghost Effect System
SIAM Journal on Mathematical Analysis, 2017Summary: In this paper, the ghost effect system modeling the ghost effect phenomena for rarefied gas is investigated. It is shown that any strong solution of the Cauchy problem moves along the direction from the low temperature part to the high part at least on a nonzero measure domain for any time.

Strong Solutions to the Identification Problem
2001This work proposes two identification algorithms based on some difficult problems. The first scheme is an extremely simple combination of the idea of one-time passwords and the use of public keys. The second proposal allows identification to be implemented without leaking any secret information during the interaction because it combines the two ...

On the Theory of Strong Electrolyte Solutions
The Journal of Chemical Physics, 1934The nature of the approximations involved in the derivation of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation of the Debye-Hückel theory is investigated in detail from the standpoint of classical statistical mechanics. The validity of the initial Debye approximation, under the restrictions originally imposed upon it, is confirmed.
