A Carrier Tracking Loop Using Adaptive Strong Tracking Kalman Filter in GNSS Receivers

IEEE Communications Letters, 2020
The Kalman filter (KF) has been widely used in the carrier track to improve the tracking performance of receivers under challenging environments. The KF-based tracking assumes that the noise statistics are exactly known in advance and kept fixed during ...

Target passive tracking based on Strong Tracking Filter

2010 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology, 2010
We put forward Adaptive PLE (APLE) based on Strong Tracking Filter (STF) for bearing and frequency measure in order to rectify the bias of PLE. Furthermore, the APLE avoids filter divergence in that it is not necessary to linearize non-linear measure equation.

Adaptive estimations of tyre–road friction coefficient and body’s sideslip angle based on strong tracking and interactive multiple model theories

Proceedings of the Institution of mechanical engineers. Part D, journal of automobile engineering, 2020
Vehicle dynamic states and parameters, such as the tyre–road friction coefficient and body’s sideslip angle especially, are crucial for vehicle dynamics control with close-loop feedback laws.

An Improved Strong Tracking Filter

2011
This paper describes an improved strong tracking filter(ISTF). In this improved algorithm, it ensures the symmetry of forecast error covariance. In addition, an equation of the time-varying fading factor is derived from the orthogonality principle conditions of strong tracking filter.

Adaptive Human–Robot Interaction Torque Estimation With High Accuracy and Strong Tracking Ability for a Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot

IEEE/ASME transactions on mechatronics
Accurate acquisition of interactive information is crucial for the effective execution of rehabilitation training. However, due to model and sensor errors, it is difficult to obtain interactive information accurately and quickly.

Improved strong tracking particle filter

2019 IEEE 3rd Advanced Information Management, Communicates, Electronic and Automation Control Conference (IMCEC), 2019
Aiming at the estimation of the higher nonlinear dynamic system which contains both saltatory states and the condition of likelihood function locating at the tail end of state space, this paper proposes improved strong tracking particle filter(ISTPF) method.

An Integrated Approach for Vehicle State Estimation Under Non-Ideal Conditions Using Adaptive Strong Tracking Maximum Correntropy Criterion EKF

IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology
Accurate acquisition of critical vehicle states is a prerequisite for active safety systems to work properly. However, vehicle sates under non-ideal conditions are usually difficult to be measured directly due to the high cost of sensors.

Adaptive Quantized Estimation Fusion Using Strong Tracking Filtering and Variational Bayesian

IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, 2020
In this paper, adaptive quantized state estimation fusion is deeply studied. To approach the model mismatching problem induced by random quantization, some quantized Kalman filters have been presented in the previous work, such as the quantized Kalman ...
