Absorption of strontium cations by a carbon nanomatrix
Coke and Chemistry, 2015The structure and adsorption properties a new micro- and nanostructured carbon matrix are studied. The sorptional capacity of the matrix is 65 mg/g for strontium (II) cations; the moisture absorption is 285.7 mg/g. The matrix effectively removes the strontium cations from aqueous solution.
