An electrical probe of the phonon mean-free path spectrum
Most studies of the mean-free path accumulation function (MFPAF) rely on optical techniques to probe heat transfer at length scales on the order of the phonon mean-free path.

Barium Strontium Titanate Thin Film for Electrically Tunable THz Metasurface
Ferroelectric BaxSr1–xTiO3 (BST) thin films with high crystal quality and dielectric permittivity enable voltage‐controlled responses in the terahertz range. By tailoring metasurface parameters, tunable resonance shifts up to 5.5 GHz are achieved, highlighting the potential of BST for reconfigurable and electrically tunable THz metasurface applications.

Phonon mechanism in the most dilute superconductor: n-type SrTiO3
Superconductivity of doped SrTiO3 is proven to be a particular case of the broader concept of the non-adiabatic pairing mediated by phonons with frequency comparable or larger the Fermi energy.
